We understand that you are eagerly awaiting your knives. We are equally eager to ship them out and we are sorry for the delay this far.
GREAT NEWS USA AND EUROPE
However, we have great news for the USA and Europe.
USA
All goods have safely arrived to our warehouse in Tennessee. They have been unpacking and preparing the shipments for the last couple of days. We are informed that they plan to start dispatching tomorrow. It will take them about 5 days to dispatch all US orders. You will receive a tracking number by email.
EUROPE
We are pleased to inform you that the German warehouse has been dispatching orders for the past days. This fulfillment center is very small so their processing capacity is fairly small, maximum 40 shipments per day, so it will take them 6 more working days to dispatch all European orders. You will receive your tracking number shortly by email.
REST OF THE WORLD
We have dispatched the majority of orders, but sadly we have had issues with some orders. For Example, recently a batch of orders with magnetic racks were returned because the shipper does not accept magnets. The HK warehouse system is extremely complicated and manual unlike our other warehouses, so we need to resolve each issue manually. This explains why some of your friends have received their rewards already but not you. We are working hard to resolve any issues.
AUSTRALIA & NZ
Most orders have been dispatched but we are still resolving a few issues with a small number of rewards.
CANADA
We have dispatched most rewards, but we understand that there are issues with a small number of backer shipments. We are working hard to resolve these.
UK, NORWAY & ICELAND
We have dispatched all backer rewards.

We have good news!
USA
We have good news for the shipments in the USA. The new ETA in Tennessee is for tomorrow, 30th April. This means that there is a chance that our warehouse can start shipping out by the end of the week. We need to allow for 2 days of unpacking and preparations, but we are hopeful that they can start dispatching your pledges by Friday.
CANADA
All orders have been loaded, so should start dispatching from today.
EUROPE
The goods are still scheduled to arrive to our warehouse in Germany tomorrow and we hope to begin shipping out from Thursday.

SHIPPING UPDATE

Dear Backers,
We understand that you are all excited to receive your rewards. So are we.
The good news is that we have started the final shipments in some jurisdictions.
UK, NORWAY & ICELAND
We are pleased to inform you that most shipments have gone out. You should have received a tracking link from Pick and Pack Express. Most shipments are sent out with DPD. If you have not received a link yet, please wait until Tuesday and if you have still not received a tracking link please contact [email protected] for us to investigate.
REST OF THE WORLD
We are pleased to let you know that we have managed to resolve the issues we had with Easyship, and as of this morning we have instructed 177 shipments. They will be shipping out throughout this week dependent on the processing capacity of the warehouse. We noted that the shipping costs for some ROW jurisdictions are astronomical (equal or exceeding the value of the rewards) and we have had to select a slower service in these cases which still is quite expensive. Delivery times range from 7 days to 35 days. We are terribly sorry about that, but please be patient. You will receive a tracking number shortly.
EUROPE - EU
Due to the risk of a hard brexit we had to find a new warehouse in Germany and direct all EU orders to this location. All goods have cleared German customs and are scheduled to arrive to Hof, Bavaria, by Tuesday. The warehouse is preparing to start shipping out on Thursday, 2nd of May. There are about 600 backers in this area, and we suspect that the warehouse processing capacity is about 60 orders per day. This means that the last backers will receive their rewards by the week starting on 20th May. Most of you will receive the rewards before that.
USA
The latest update from Friday is that the goods are still on a damaged train carriage, but that the the US train service is doing their best to repair the carriage. As far as we know there is no damage to the goods themselves. We are waiting for a further update on Monday.
CANADA
We are sad to say that we have still not managed to process the Canadian orders. We are very disappointed with the service provided by the warehouse Interfulfillment in Toronto. After completing these shipments we are sure to change warehouse for future shipments. However, we hope to be able to ship out on Monday. If so, all goods will have shipped out on Tuesday and depending on where in Canada you are based you should receive your rewards by the end of the week or early the following week.
AUSTRALIA & NZ
As we informed you in our last update, we are missing the 6 pcs Shiroi Hana set, due to an oversight from the factory. We have sent replacements from the UK and HK. The warehouse found 10 sets which were mislabelled and all of those have been sent out already. We are waiting for a new update on Monday.

Again we are sorry for the delay in shipping out. We have been doing our best to make sure you receive the goods as quickly as possible. We understand that the delay is frustrating and we thank you all for the understanding and kind messages that we have received in spite of this.

UK. NORWAY & ICELAND
We have good news regarding the shipments for the UK, Norway and Iceland. The goods are being shipped out from today. All rewards will have shipped out by the end of this week, so some of you will be receiving your rewards as early as Friday. Others will have them next week.
Switzerland will start to dispatch from Germany towards the end of the week or early next week.
We will keep you informed of the progress.

SHIPPING UPDATE

Dear Backers,
We are sorry for the lack of updates on the shipping front. We have had some delays and we are working hard on resolving them.
USA
In past campaigns we have had issues with rail transport from Los Angeles port to Tennessee. In our last campaign the goods were delayed several weeks on the US rail network, which took the goods via Chicago.
In this campaign, we therefore tried to ship to Savannah port and then take the shorter rout by rail to Tennessee. However, this morning the latest update from our shipping agent is that the goods are stuck on a malfunctioning freight train outside Savannah. We hope that they reach Tennessee this week.
UK, SWITZERLAND & NORWAY
The goods have been delayed in clearing customs. We are waiting for confirmation from the warehouse that the goods have been received. They should be on the move soon.
EU
The goods are still clearing customs and have not yet reached the warehouse. We expect the goods to arrive this week.
AUSTRALIA & NZ
The goods have arrived to the warehouse and are ready to be shipped out, but the factory mis-packaged all Complete Six Piece Sets - the main reward. So we need airfreight them from another warehouse. We are trying to locate the excess and will airfreight the missing parts this week.
HK - REST OF THE WORLD
The goods have arrived and are ready to ship out, but we are having issues with Easy Ship. We are trying to resolve these in the coming days. We hope to ship out at the end of the week.
CANADA
The goods have arrived, but we are having issues with the warehouse Interfulfillment as they can only process orders in a particular format. We are working with them to resolve this over the coming days.
SORRY FOR THE DELAY
We are sorry that we do not have any more positive news, but we hope to start shipping out from the warehouses in the UK, REST OF THE WORLD and CANADA in the next couple of days. The remaining locations are more likely from the beginning of next week, sadly.
Terribly sorry about these delays. However, we hope to be able to ship out soon. It looks like we are able to solve all problems this week.
