Thank you all for such a splendid campaign. It is all thanks to you!
We are grateful for all the support we have received and feedback we have received and we are excited to begin manufacturing your Shiroi Hana knives.
KICKSTARTER CONFIRMATION
As soon as the campaign ended, Kickstarter should have successfully charged your bank for your reward. If there were any issues with the initial payment, please do not worry. Kickstarter will try again one more time in the upcoming week.
If this too is unsuccessful, you will be able to manually process your order and pay any outstanding balance during the checkout survey. This will be sent in two weeks time.
CHECKOUT SURVEY
Two weeks after the campaign ends we will send you a checkout survey on Backerkit.
What is Backerkit? Backerkit is a survey that enables you to customise your order and provide us with your shipping address. These surveys need to be completed so that we are able to confirm your shipping address and dispatch your order.
How can I upgrade or purchase add-ons? This will all be available at the checkout on Backerkit. You will be able to completely customise your order and add as many products as you like.
What if you will be moving in the near future? Not to worry. Two weeks before we dispatch your orders we will send an email enabling you to re-confirm or update your address. :)
What if I have difficulty completing the survey? Backerkit is incredibly user friendly. If however any of our backers get stuck during the survey, please do not hesitate to drop us a message at [email protected]. We are always more than happy to help.
